For the first month of service we will focus on reviewing and updating your Xero setup, including standardising your chart of accounts. You’ll have two calls in the first month to review your bookkeeping setup.

Throughout the next period, we will take over the categorisation and reconciling of your transactions to prepare the first set of monthly management accounts to lay the groundwork for future planning. After your Xero is set up we’ll continue to managing your bookkeeping and we’ll discuss your specific needs on Quarterly 1:1 calls
